About
Background
More than 20 years experience of working as a business controller within the airline business. Started as assistent controller at KLM's Flight Operations division in 1998. Thereafter fullfilling of several business controller positions within the KLM The Netherlands organization, a.o. Controller Belgium & Luxembourg. Worked a few years as area controller Middle East, East/South/North Africa & India for the Cargo division, based in Paris. Joined the Planning & Reporting department of the AF/KL Commercial division as controller Outstations in 2014. Currently working as business controller Baggage and Hub Support at the Ground Services department of KLM, mainly dealing with forecasting and improvement efficiency of staff planning.
Objective
Always looking for ways to improve the efficiency and effectivity of processes by connecting Business, Finance and Tooling to create value for the company.
Skills
A lot of experience in field of business controlling, reporting & analysis and working with tooling like Business Objects, SAP, Executive Viewer, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Analysis Services, Access and Excel. Open-minded, persistent, result-oriented, flexible and always looking for creative innovative solutions.
